TC05 is Sadamel's newest ticket validator system (punching and printing)

TC05 validator products are designed not only to be installed and used in all kind of Public Transport vehicles (tram, trolley, bus, train, subway , etc.), but also to be part of a TVM (Ticket Vending machine) or finally to be standalone for train stations, bus stops and access gates.

This robust and reliable product requires minimum maintenance, was designed with up-to-date technologies which, as an example, fulfills the new RoHS directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances : restricts the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment).

Design and ergonomics
Thanks to its round parts, the TC05 Validator case fulfills stricked security constraints, and offers a design both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Mouthpiece facilitates card introduction for final customers.
A Green/Red front light informs users on service status of the validator.

Robustness and reliability
TC05 Validators embed a proven cutting system by previous product generations. Ticket thickness can go up to 0.41mm (i.e. 350 g/m2).
Thanks to its industrial robustness, the embedded serial impact dot matrix printer provides a high flexibility.

Operation and maintenance

TC05 Validator firmware keeps controling its internal components and provides all useful Operation and maintenance data.

The PC service software as well as the Pocket PC service software will let user:

Exploitation :
	get the number of performed validations set date and time (autonomous validators) control service state (autonomous validators) set station name (autonomous validators) set validation parameters (text format, character height)
Maintenance :
	get cycle counters and plan preventive maintenance perform test functions and diagnostics identify hardware and software (firmware version, article number, serial number,…) download firmware updates
