The SADAMEL ticket vending machine is composed first and foremost of a sturdy thermolacquered steel housing, resistant to extreme climate conditions and complete with a high-performance vandal protection system. Inside, a powerful processor, the 'heart' of the machine, transfers the information to the various peripherals and monitors their smooth operation.

Not only is the machine reliable and extremely user-friendly, it also offers significant system upgrade possibilities (new peripherals, changeover to the Euro, etc.), thus guaranteeing the longterm profitability of the initial investment.

The vending machines are networked to our SADAGEST management system via Ethernet or X-25 to allow for on-line monitoring, such as breakdown diagnostics, loading of new rates or the display of user information on the graphic screen.

The passenger can either choose a ticket from a set of predefined zones or using a system of codes.

He can then pay using bank notes, coins (with or without change return), a bank card or an electronic purse (chip card with or without reloadable possibility).

The travel ticket is then issued in paper form (thermal or not), as a magnetic card or loaded onto a chip card.
